Vineyard location: Puglia Grape: Nero di Troia and Primitivo (100% organic productions)
Cultivation method: “controspalliera cordone speronato»
Harvest period: (late harvest) middle/end of september for the Primitivo grapes and end of october for the Nero di Troia, after an «appassimento» period on the plant.
Vinification: A 9-10 day maceration in steel tanks with frequent pump- overs, at controlled temperature, macro-oxygenation and delestage ensures the extraction of aromatic and colour components
Refinement: in vitrified concrete vats / stainless steel vats / bottle
Colour: deep ruby red
