Vinification: A 9-10-day maceration in steel tanks with careful pump- overs, at controlled temperature, macro-oxygenation and delestage ensures the extraction of aromatic and colour components
Refinement: in vitrified concrete vats / stainless steel vats / bottle
Colour: luminous purple-red
